Oh ok.. Yeah, pay no attention to the construction. These pictures were just intended to show the location and shape of the tank.

We are also looking into making a relocation bracket for a catch can, so someone can run both.

I think it looks awesome. I like the way space is creatively used, and see no problem with the quality thus far. Of course the mounts will be stronger and the welds will be cleaned up a bit, that's a given. But the size and sheer functionality of this is like nothing out there! Who cares about having to relocate a catch can. According to a GM engineer who builds our ZL1's there not even remotely needed on these motors. God speed in bringing this very needed product to market gentleman. I will wait patiently to purchase the first one. Or you can sell me the" ugly"prototype as I think it looks great!

Do you have a couple completed pics of the tank set up?

Perhaps that is the same GM engineer who designed the oem intake and no IC coolant reservoir to speak of?

GM has budget limits it MUST hit when producing a car and this limits what the engine is capable of. When you push the car past the factory limits you must address certain issues that will come up. (Airflow and cooling being 2 of the largest).

You obviously have no issue wanting to increase airflow and cooling in your ZL1 (based on your interest in this thread) but it still amazes me that you have an "axe to grind" against a $150 catch can. (bringing it up all the time in irrelevant threads)

Nice tank and intake!

Whatever. And thank you for figuring what I'm interested in. After 50 years on this planet I really needed your help lolol. If you actually read my thread instead of being hostile you can clearly see I applauded this design and am very interested in purchasing one. As far as my ax to grind about a catch can, do what you like. I don't think it's necessary. If you have a difference in opinion around here your a bad person.

I PM'd and was interested in getting one. I've got a HPDE this weekend and would have loved tomtry it out and see how it affected my temps. Even added Aeroquip gauges so I can monitor those temps formthe coolant.

I'm game, even for testing if you want to send or sell me one. 100% of my data and feedback will be yours after each race. Just PM me again..

Quick update, we are about 3 to 4 weeks out on the coolant tanks. We have to make a few design changes to make sure its perfect.
