The event that's for Friday evening is for the Light Show Competition. It's pretty cool to see all the Camaros decked out with various led light set-ups and all the creativity that goes into them.

Where is his show actually going to be? Since its race weekend and Saturday is the Xfinity race I was just wondering.

The shows take place at the hotel parking lots that are hosting the NC Camaro Gathering 4/24- 26. Just up the road from CMS. Last year I've never seen so many Camaros in one place from all over, was pretty cool.

Just announced today that the new 2016 Camaro will pace the Indy 500 this year... I wonder if they will use an IROC version, or the production version.

See link below for an update on the IROC Z-28 version of the 2015 car... looks awesome!

Hmm where is the announcement? I can't find anything on it. As far as i know there has not been any official announcement, only speculation.

You might be on to something. They need to bring fans back to the tracks, IROC will it do it. 3 weeks and we'll all see the '16. The LT1, 8 speed transmission, the SS will have the magnetic ride, lighter, narrower and shorter wheel base...should be a winner.

On June 6th & 7th ETRSCCA will be holding it's 4th annual SOLO EVENT at Bristol Motor Speedway. You can run your car in our solo autocross event as well as run laps on the SPEEDWAY TRACK. I did this last year ...this video looked like the speeds were slow? I can tell you last year the pace car was taking us around at 90 mph.
