Horsepower
I'll hopefully be getting a cam this year along with everything that goes with it. I'll be going with the NightFury Blower cam, plus the LS3 conversion, stall, gears, PRC CNC LS3 ported heads, fast 102 intake manifold and throttle body, UDP and I think that's about it for the majority. How much horsepower should I be expecting? I have an L99, but with the LS3 conversion, I figured that wouldn't matter. I was thinking around 520rwhp or so. And then after that, the next thing I'd be doing is getting a supercharger and meth kit. I figured that would put me well over 700+rwhp, but the supercharger wouldn't be for a while. Another question is that in the mean time, what other little(cheaper) things could I do before my supercharger to get a little bit more horsepower out of my car?

About 5 hp, maybe more
Seriously though, hp "on paper" will depend on exactly what you've gotten. Take for instance "a cam" or "heads". Which cam? What heads?

Other factors too to consider if your tune will be for 93 or 91 as on the west coast finding 93 is impossible. I dont see why the 500's arent unreasonable just with LT's Nightfury and a CAI I dynoed at 476 on 91 however I am M6 LS3.

An aggressively cammed LS3 should be in the 470-500 range at the rear wheels with supporting headers and CAI. The stock throttle body, intake and heads are good up to 600 so I'm not so sure how much more you can realistically expect there. You're going to need a large blower to take any advantage of going bigger with those items. I'm not sure on the NF but blower cams tend to be a little more conservative with a bit more on the exhaust side so I don't know how to temper the expections versus the N/A grind.

You guys have E85 out there? Make your own. I mix E85(105 oc.) with 91. I'm up to about 96 oc. with my mix and my supercharged 2011 loves it!

#1 ditch the idea of the fast intake and go with a MSD when they are out for the ls3, make sure your heads give you more compression to offset the loss as l-99's have less, and with the other mods you should be up closer to 500 rwhp, remember blower cams are more conservative, your heads may make 20 h.p.. You do not need the larger t.b. and the fast is like 5 h.p. at certain rpms, save the money. you should invest in a good timing chain and upgrade the oil pump while your at it and get a ls2 timing dampener. And do a break in on the cam with br30 driven racing oil and use good oil, and make sure you get the right length pushrods and right springs. Good luck. You can always resale the intake when you go blower.

Any particular reason for the LS3 conversion? L99's are doing big things with VVT cams.

Your ratings will be for an automatic still doesn't matter if you did the LS3 conversion

Op, I would suggest staying VVT as long as your tuner knows how to tune. VVT has really proven itself and a better route to go for the L99.
