yes...easily. That is a last detail bolt on so I left it off until all of the tuning is done. Just like the belly pan, that isn't on either.

Looks like you kept the stock TB. Any plans to try a 102 TB?

Yeah...good question. I have a NW 102mm TB but the tensioner hits the Tb motor and the air inlet is larger diameter. This would require a Katech manual tensioner + shorter belt for clearance and a different CAI that has a larger 4.25" opening. I am not sure it is worth that extra $ for a TB.

Looks great man, you'll have to let us know how it does once its tuned. Got a quick question for you if you have time...did the Z28 not come with any firewall carpet/protection? I see there is none there and thought about doing that with my SS because I've torn the carpet a bit.

Trunk has no carpet. Interior appears to have standard Camaro carpet. I didn't look that closely at the firewall area.

Looks awesome! In for some great results.
LS7 is a menace when all worked up. I think you will hit over 600 rwhp on the right dyno which will fix the one problem I think the z/28 has... lack in power (comparatively). |
