Cool story John. That generation has such strength & humility. Mike's dad is very highly decorated. We wanted to make a display case for his medals but he kind of got mad. He feels like they are just reflections of a lot of killing.
Good Saturday morning. I had a very busy day. I had a lot of notes to do when I got home. Skipped exercise class again because I knew I'd be up late doing them. When I was finished I came to C5 to check in & it was down. Thought about checking in on a little local car show but not sure yet.

Its supposed to be a rainy and cool weekend. I have tickets to the Indians game in Cleveland tonight but the weather forecast is iffy there as well so I am thinking about skipping it as I dont want to drive over 2 hours each way to sit through a rain delay on a cool night.

My Saturday?? All I can say is that Pintrest is the devil! Cut out wooden Candy Canes all day so my wife could paint them. Haircut and other errands... Love running errands in the Camaro!

Well I did go to the little local car show...............by myself. Mike just has become a homebody. It was a beautiful day for it. Then a drove to a little local former general store & took a couple of pics. Nice curvy roads on the way. The throttle controller seemed to be more responsive today. Maybe the car needed to learn it a bit?Pics here:

Thanks everyone!
I saw your photos on Facebook Jan, very nice. Went to the 67th Ave cruise tonight. It was quite a turnout! My throat is now getting worse, so I'll be going to the doctor's tomorrow.

I didn't post up the car show pics on Facebook yet. Darn computer was too slow yesterday. We are heading to the in-laws today for a shrimp boil. I will go by and visit Daddy first. It is a chilly fall morning today. I am betting the pool will be too cool for swimming today but will take my suit just in case.

Somehow I got a severe throat infection. I'm on anti-biotics and have to gargle 4 times a day. They say it should be gone in 3-5 days.

Mike & I both drove our Camaros today. We took the scenic route up to visit my dad then over to Mike's parents house for a shrimp boil. Geeze Louise was it good! He are a couple of pics. Daddy was really talkative today. Beautiful weather too. Very nice day.
