I can tell you with honesty I have never went to a Ford website and even registered on it. Why you might ask? Because I dont plan on buying a mustang, and I dont care what they think about my cars. I will read them from time to time for info, but thats it.

Im not insecure with my purchase to the point where I have to go tell people how badass my car is or a car that I will never have is going to be, on a competitors enthusiast website. Do you see me going to Ford/Dodge websites saying "oh man the zr1 pawns all these cars...stock". No you dont.

Why again you might ask? Because its stupid and not logical as Spock would say.

I really agree with your post in that, just like you, I don't register and post in the Ford websites, because they aren't my interests. I like to visit and learn the competition, but I just don't feel the need. For one, I'm not into arguing, and secondly, I'm a Camaro fanatic. It can almost do no wrong in my book (and the '10 truly drives that home for me), so I know that if I go to other forums, I'll just either be sheet on or get booted, so what's the use?

However, I enjoy many posts by the Mustang boys in our community. There are at least a few that I can think of that have truly honest and factual posts in these forums, and yeah, from time-to-time, I get a little frustrated, but on the whole, I enjoy the company here. BUT - this is a Camaro community and respect for it will be higher than other cars.

'Prime - I think after this post, I can definately see your passion for the car. I don't think I saw some of your comments in the past the same way. I give you for me possibly missing it in the past

If this thread was about a Dodge Challenger running a XX.XX 1/4 mile time this thread would have a whole lot different tone to it. For some reason on this site the gt500 is like the GM fanboi's worst nightmare or something. OMG gt500 thread lets close it down right away! I don't understand what most people on this site have against a Shelby gt500, it's a bad-a$$ car, deal with it. The Camaro is a bad-@$$ freaking car, awesome! America's muscle cars are making a comeback, that's what it's all about. Give props where props are due, whether it's a Ford or Ghevy or Dodge...as long as it's American i'm down with it. Just because you might be a fanboi of one brand or the other, couldn't we just pick on some ricers or something??

There are loads of good mustang info in this Camaro vs forum alone such as;

-the 400hp gain from a pully swap.

-the 10 second completely stock gt500

-The competition killing tack pack

- And the forged 5.4 block that is somehow better than a forged 6.2 block

Sometimes I get scared thinking I actually logged into a Mustang forum, but then I remember im a 10ft tall internet badass with a 3ft e-peen and it makes it all better.

I appreciate what you say in your post but here's what you guys are failing to understand.

We, everyone of our members here, understand that the GT500 is the baddest of the three. However, We, most everyone on this site, are not Mustang (insert special package here) fans first. It's kinda like the little kid who just figured out that 2 + 2 = 4. And they tell you every chance they get that 2 + 2 = 4. After a while it just gets old. It's almost like you guys feel the need to remind us that the GT500 is top dog. As if it would cease to be so if we didn't acknowledge it once a day here at Camaro5. I'm to the point now that I'm gonna ask Tran to put a disclaimer on the home page that says, "Beware, the GT500 is faster than the SS." Just so you guys can drop it.

You can call it immaturity on our part if you choose. But, there are a few of you that have literally nothing good to say about the camaro and only come out of the wood work to participate in mustang only threads. Or threads that take shots at the Camaro. And if you think the mods aren't tracking those kinds of posting habits, you're wrong...

All I'm asking is that you respect the house you are in. I wouldn't go to your house look your wife, mother or daughter in the face and say, "did you know that my wife, mother, and daughter has bigger boobs than you do?"

Ok mother, and daughter don't really work there but you get my point.

Show this site, our members, and the camaro some respect when appropriate and maybe we won't be so damn eager to tell you guys to GTFO...

We don't have anything against the GT500. Just people who think the GT500 or Mustangs must be the only topics of conversation here on Camaro5.com.

So yeah I just went and looked at all of ninjak posts and over 90% are either posted in something about a mustang or Camaro VS (insert whatever Mustang type here). Seriously he is the defender and poster boy of Ford Mustang, really just go over to your own site. You spend more time here then you probably do on a mustang site. When I see your type of posters it usually means one or two things. You hate all things that isn't mustang and will do whatever you can to get others to feel the same or two you secrectly love the camaro but just can't admit to yourself that its a better car that doesn't need 20 different types of a car to be able to come out on top.

Side note you disclaim one mag because you didn't like their times but yet you appluad and yell see I told you so when another mag gets the times you want. Ahhhhhhh the irony.
