But I'd expected something of that outta the Shelby. That is a fantastic car, that it even being a mustang, deserves all the credit a car can get. I say at the most, the stock Camaro's would hit 12.7 or somewhere around that, which would be very impressive in it's own way.

I post here because of people like yourself. People who have NO CLUE about most cars, and when the FACTS are shown to you, you just put on the blinders and go LALALALALALA. One of the mods said jokingly that I did not have any infractions...you know why ? Because I do not berate people, or call them fan boys, or idiots, or anything that is disrespectful.

I post on many sites, simply because I enjoy it. I learn things and I use that information to better my own knowledge. If you wish to sit in your house and never venture outside pass your fence line, then your the one missing out.

There are quite a few people here that just lose it when you talk about another car. They never have anything worth reading, and 95% of the time what they do say or try to talk about is so full fail it's not funny. You talk about respecting a site and its base, well the old saying is you have to give to get it. On the Mustang boards I belong to we have several posters that have something else besides a Mustang. They talk on different subjects are not shot to hell about. I found out about the Camaro running 10's from a poster talking about it. Yes..on a Mustang board. But lo if you post something on the dreaded Camaro5 board......

The mods of this site need to take notice. If you guys want this to be Camaro's 24/7 and never mention ANY other brand ever as most of your members seem to want, then how about just shutting down the VS. thread.

Change the name....call it
1. Camaro VS other Camaro's Or
2. Camaro VS. Cars that are like Camaro's Or
3. Camaro VS Made up facts about other cars because if the owners of those cars talk about facts and truth, we do not want to hear about it.

Then you would not have to worry about any other brands ever posting again.

And on the LAST NOTE I did not ever disclaim one Mag. I said that a Stock GT500 will run faster than they(M/T) did, and it depends on the driver. See, unlike most of you with the blinders on, I remember exactly what I post about. I do not sit here and try to make up or omit certain facts to try to make myself look right.

I believe Z28orSS meant to say that this is a Camaro Forum, and threads with the title of "GT500 runs 11's bone stock" doesn't belong in a Camaro Forum, it obviously belongs in a Mustang Forum or the General Car Disscussion(I think they have this here?) section.
