Insurance
Finally paid the Camaro off. Just curious how many of you kept full coverage or went PL/PD after paying off loan.

Having full coverage on a car worth a good chunk of money is a no brainer as the previous poster mentioned. I don't have full coverage because of my own driving. I need to protect myself from all the other idiot drivers.

of all required things to be paid, car insurance makes the most sense; don't skimp out to save a few bucks. short term gain could lead to a major loss.
Full coverage, with adequate limits here.

Or if it gets stolen, vandalized, weather damaged, or even an accident not your fault with uninsured motorist, an on and on...keep your insurance man. Heck, several years ago I had an $800 winter beater when I lived in the Mid West, and carried full on that. I figured if something happened, I'd at least get something out of it.
