Yet another Nitrous build

Just throwing this out to keep online my process of upgrading as I go and possibly give ideas to others that have questions.

LOTS of wiring to do. Gonna sketch a schematic tonight to make install smooth as possible. Between this, the viper remote start, k40 laser/radar jammer, cut outs, shift light and stereo I'm pretty sure a good 20 lbs of copper have been added to it haha

List of parts:
15lbs bottle custom painted
Billet heated bracket with sensor placed in push port of bottle.
On bottle Nitrous gauge
Blow down tube
Nitrous Express bottle opener
Nitrous filter
-8an hose (Have to double check size)
Nitrous Express Fuel, Nitrous, and purge solenoids
LS3 plate
Various jets (gonna stay at 100 until I upgrade my clutch)
Autometer electric nitrous gauge with sender in purge unit
NOS WOT window switch module
LNC 2000
Lingenfelter TPS extender harness with signal tap
Nitrous Express cup holder switch panel
LNC 001 wideband not pictured

Probably going to get a fuel safety shit off switch to wire in as well just to keep things extra safe.

My method for incorporating launch control without using the nitrous is to wire the micro switch so that it is closed at the top of the clutch pedal travel. Send signal to the lnc to engage launch control when it opens and activate the nitrous when it is closed. Any one tried this to test it this way?

Don't use the NOS Window switch. They are defective, call Holley if you don't believe me. I had one it worked for like 2 seconds and then fried causing my nitrous to basically stick open. I'm just glad my bottle was empty. They said they had a bad batch and they are like 3-4 weeks out on new ones. I switched to the nitrous express. Just as easily installed.

Spend a little bit extra and get the nos mini controller. Very easy to program and allows more adjustability then the switch for varying traction conditions. After had own both, I now always try to encourage people spend a little more up front as not to be limited.

My NOS window switch works just fine, and I got mine in December. Not sure if they had issues after that. And theres no need for a progressive controller unless you're doing a huge shot. I spray in 1st gear making 630rwhp on 20" DRs and don't have an issues.

Cause I don't drive on DR except track days. I work 42 miles away and I would be replacing DR all the time

PSN-1: PowerSafe Nitrous Bottle Pressure & Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge. it will turn off the nitrous if the bottle pressure drops, or fuel pressure drops. definitely worth having for security of safety.
