Long trip

Is there any concerns traveling long distance with a single turbo set up. I have to drive about 600 miles 1 way every month for work, does anybody else daily drive their boosted camaro regularly on long trips

I did around a 400 mile trip one way then back for another 400 which included steep grades and I didn't have a issue with my agp tt kit (even still got 22 mpg going up all the hills) I watched the engine temp and oil Temp and they never raised above normal, I actually think my grand prix gxp a runs hotter than my camaro with the turbos, my only concern would be tires and speeding tickets

That's what I wanted to hear, My trip is relatively flat and mostly highway speeds. I was just curios because of an article I read about turbo selection

I can't say I drive my car 600 miles a month, however I do take it on long trips. No issues. I drove it from South Florida to Northeast Ohio, about 1300 miles, and all was good. no temp issues or anything like that.I am planning on doing the same in May, once again, to pick up the car.

Granted we have two different kits, but I don't hear of too many issues.

If your not in boost the heat will be similar to any stock camaro. Your driving controls this... Down shift and keep your foot out of it on steep grades is what I do.

Went from phoenix to MT, 1,300 miles or so. No issues.

I have the same kit as 1KillerSS.
