Driver mods are the hardest. You fix them once and then you have to fix them again later.

Thoughts on what appears to be the worlds largest deck lid spoiler in the Z/28 spy photos?

It could be a wing, then again it could be a larger ducktail spoiler hidden by the camo to throw us off.

Checked out a Z06 today for the first (serious) time. The car really feels solid. I love the view looking out over the hood from the drivers seat. That shape reminds me of the 1969 when I was a little kid obsessed with cars (Go Hot Wheels!). Oh and It sounds great! Powerful! I love the telescopic wheel, the first that has ever positioned exactly where I want it. Speaking of the steering wheel, the size and feel are perfect. Speaking of perfect the perfectly firm and snug Competition seats are a must! The throttle response was smooth and linear (I was concerned it would be too abrupt and lack manageability). All that said I couldn't drive it off the lot, it had 2 miles on it.
Now what color? I liked the white, silver, and red, however Admiral Blue appears to be "the" color. Also 2016 or 2017? Will there be changes??? Cool afternoon.

Some insight; I've been reviewing how the Corvette and Camaro's hold or don't hold value. I know it's not an investment, however I don't want to lose my shirt. It appears you don't buy a loaded heavily optioned car. The upper models are not too bad, however the options hold little and in some cases NO value. I wanted a Z07 or at least the CCB's, but these after only 1 year have $0.00 kept value. The best I've found is a Z06/1LZ at $80K new (before any discount) value after 1 year 5,000 miles $78k. Not bad for a little fun.

I would need to see it to make a decision but I don't mind it on the ACR, so I probably wouldn't mind it on a Z/28.

I keep looking at the pics and hoping for actual quad tail lamps.
I just do.

I'd consider them quad.

I'd like to ask the Houze your thoughts on the CCB's.
I'm considering a Z06/1LZ with the Z07 package. Unfortunately the Z07 package loses much of its value the first year, whereas the Z06/1LZ loses very little value. I'd like to hear your thoughts...(I don't want to say any more so as to influence opinions) Thanks!
