I have to respectfully disagree. The customer is not always right. Just like what you read on the web is not always right or true. In this instance, you were told that you did not "need" the extra parts. I think they did good by not trying to force extra sales on you that you did not "need". Sure, upgrades are always good. I love them myself. Have had too many places try to push things on me just to meet a quota. Not good business to do that. Now if you were going to be racing your ride or tracking it, then it may be a different circumstance altogether. Main thing is, you guys got it worked out. Keep us posted with pics

Had it about a month and a half now. Put some high flow cats on it and Pypes cat back exhaust when I first got it. Got to get some headers now. But am torn between Kooks or Speed Engineering. Will figure it out. but here is a warm start with the Pypes

Also got her all detailed up for the cruise in tomorrow. All I will have to do is go over her with the duster and hit anything I missed with the detailer

While out and about in her, I stopped in the local auto store. Been wanting me a polisher. Getting old and can not shine them like I used to . Plus health issues. So I got to talking to the manager. He knew I was wanting the one they had and had been watching for a while. So he said hey, I know you been wanting this, I'll let you get it for X amount. Instantly said, can I use my customer rewards coupon? Yep. It was for an additional $20 off. So now, I can keep her and her sisters looking good with maybe less effort

Well, while I had the wheels off today, I checked out the end links. I can say with full confidence they are INDEED quite pathetic. While I agree, there is a lot of stupid crap on the web, there is also a WEALTH of good information. In this case, I am extremely happy that the nice folks on camaro5 chose to share their their intricate knowledge of the subject at hand with me.

Thanks guys.

Wow Pete, nice looking ride.

Had to grind the lug bolts to get my 25mm spacers back on. Burnt out my cheap-ass grinder with 4 lugs to go.. Oh well, good excuse to go tool shopping on the Duder-Scooter.

It went well after the new grinder.

Livin' the dream! I do miss some aspects of California. Lived down there for 8 years.
