Dealer fails to disclose damage on used 2010 SS
Looking for anyone who has purchased a used vehicle from a big metro dealer that had major body repair but was not disclosed by dealer AND they put the car on carfax and sold it as an undamaged single owner vehicle.
I know carfax is shit...seriously a scam but that does not indemnify a dealer for not doing their due diligence when taking in a trade. Would prefer private pm to discuss potential remedies and how to go about the process... tks in advance! F. Weller

Maybe they didn't know, I'm sure if it's a 10 it was sold "as is" no warranty. It's on you to due your due diligence when buying used.

Pretty sure that is going to be a State by State issue. Attorney consultations are relatively free, I'd be contacting the State Bar Association to get recommendations.
