Bought a 2nd 5th gen for the wife, team Camaro growing. Said she wanted a V6 because she'll get in trouble with an 8. No sooner do we leave the dealer, she's pedal-down and takes off. I have to admit it was fun chasing her down the highway with some guy in a Sonic egging us on.

Yea ikr, I put it up at first cause I thought we were actually getting winter this year in Atl. Plus it was something to do with my sons and I was soon to have a procedure done that would prohibit me from driving for a while. I wanted to take away the temptation, it only lasted three weeks due to see everyone still driving theirs.... but it's back on jacks again, awaiting brake and rotor job.....

Ran it for the first time in a couple weeks to bring it up to temperature.

They had winter in Florida this year. A Wednesday, IIRC. I think it dropped below 60. Home Depot sold out of space heaters.

Haha too funny. Had my surgery in Florida a week or two back and drove back to Georgia the next day. We left 80* weather and came home to 35* weather with threatening of an ice storm. But of course it didn't come to like always.....

Went to YouTubeU and had a class on brake and rotor job. You guys weren't kidding, it was a piece of cake. I have three more to go but the first one went on pretty easy. Finished my rims by capping it off with the TF cap and glossifer...

Ordered a bunch of BMR goodies. Have toe rods, trailing arms, driveshaft tunnel brace, and subframe connectors on the way. I was just nosing around on the Maryland Speed site and I got an instant message from a guy with the site offering a 10% discount code! The code was 01151701. Give it a shot, might still work!

Put my engine cover back on after I performed some "custom" work on it.... I'm happy with how the Chevrolet came out but the V8 not so much... I ordered a SS emblem from RPI to cover it up...

Finished up the Blackfire Wet-Ice Over Fire combo. Looks good, but not as wet looking as I expected. Took some pics while I was on the roof taking down Christmas lights.

idk, that looks pretty darn good to me!

next time, and i know there will be differing opinions, i would lay down a layer of Chemical Guy's Black Light before the Blackfire sealant, if you are looking for additional wetness to the finish. It works for me.
