we've had several cobalts and trailblazers come in off the truck with upside down SS emblems, sometimes even missing one with a white piece of tape in its place.... i guess they forgot to write an i owe you lol

I think it's cool! I don't think anyone would notice it anyway. I never even looked at ours.
Kind of like a Hot Wheels car that come's with un-matching wheels or something! Maybe a Decepticon worker on the line did it!  I'd keep it that way!
