Only problem I had was on the first start after hooking up the battery, I heard something, not normal. It only happened for a second on the first start. I took it for about a 60 mile ride, and experienced no problems. Anyway, the K&N Aircharger changed the sound of the car quite a bit in my opinion. It isn't too far to say it sounds like a 94 or so Mustang GT.

Did you paint the engine cover yourself or is it aftermarket? Also, did you have to trim anyting from the cover as mentioned in the install instructions? I have a Victory Red 2011 LS and a K&N CAI on the way.
