There's not a lot of room to be doing mods with a Z,
The lancer is pretty mod friendly and isn't too difficult for a DIY'er, and I have no idea on the mustang. I would assume there's some room like on the camaro. I'd go for either of those since you mentioned she wants to do mods herself. |

I would honestly ditch the 370z, it may be "pretty" but compared to the other two it plain out sucks. The evo is a lot more mod friendly and the mustang is a lot more like the camaro. Pick one of those two. Or go for a german tuner like an m3 or s4.

I'm going with the CTS coupe on this one, too. I know it's not an option, but it's a beautiful car.

Buy American... even if it's used. The Saturn SKY RL or Pontiac Solstice GXP are the perfect lil sports cars and can be modded like no tomorrow. If se can afford a $40K+ Sports coupe then the CTS would be DAMN SWEET.
If all else fails.. then yes.. go with the Mustang. |
