It would be $800. I'll either go without or wire my own lock switch in the middle console using EmblemPros switch plate.

It wild that this process has stretched this long. Eager to see the results, but the price point almost makes me say "F"orget it. Holding on hope until I see the final numbers and product.

well just read through all 22 pages of posts..
guess I will just have to pacify myself with installing the new SLP SuperCharger on my 12 45th while I wait to see what happens here..

HO HUM.. great post all.. and the price I am sure will be more than it needs to be but GM charges way to much.. but I have always liked adding something like this and having it look completely stock..

Thanks for doing all the hard work..

I would imagine that becuase you need to rewire your door locks to get the touch panel system to work you need to discuss the rewire..

guess I shouldnt have said anything about the supercharger either then..

guess this forum is no different than all the others.. cant have a reasonable discussion here ..

Everyone in this forum is very helpful!! It helps though to stay on topic. When you veer off to something else people lose track on whats going on. The OP has proven to have very in depth and detail instructions when he finishes. He has a 2010 so he knows what needs to be done and will tell others. If you are looking for details on something off topic I would suggest opening up a new thread or search current threads for that topic.

yes everyone is very helpful here, but I dont see where the thread got off track, I sat down and read through the entire 22 pages of it and thought that it was perfectly on track, and easy to follow.
As a matter of fact I have used it to help a friend with a 2010 to start doing exactly what is being done in preperation for the addition of the color touch screen.

Thank you to all for your great posting on this...

Question the suspense is killing me . . .

Ofer,

Going through RPO codes and the info at the start of the thread, I believe I've figured out which bezel and radio I need to convert my '13 without Nav to Nav. Items show as available through at least one of the web-based dealer part sites. Would you be willing to sell me a faceplate and radio before you get the full kit together for the pre'-13 models?
