I know you're asking for feedback from the V-8 crowd but I wanted to say thanks for posting this-very helpful. Getting ready to do some mods to mine. Pay no mind to haters. V10's, V8's, V6's, inline 6's, VTEC 4's....I love them all through a nice sounding exhaust.

Shorties or tubes with high flow cats? I'm assuming shorties but just wanting to make sure. MRT 2.0's huh? If I go MRT, I might just go with the louder 1.0's I do like the Corsa's and Gibsons too. Do you plan on doing an xpipe?

DT's currently only come in shorties for the v6. they are currently working on LT's though.

Shorties. MRT v2 is nice, I've never heard a MRT v1 in person. I would recommend that first, becuase it might be too loud. No X pipe in the future. As of now I think I've done all I am going to do to the engine/performance. Thanks for the post.

Yeah, I didn't like the stock sound at all so I had to change it. But, I'm happy now. On a scale of 1-10 what kind of difference do you feel with the SS compared to the V6 you had?

North of $1400, but most was paid for in gifts/dealer cash. I picked the car up with my MRT v2 and SRI on it.

sounds really good nice job! the bolt on's i have on my 2ss aren't even that loud.
