I am using Meguiar's G7516 Endurance Tire Gel and it is one of the best product on the market . You can never go wrong with a Meguiar’s product when it comes to detailing your vehicle and this fine tire shine only adds to that reputation. It comes in an easy to apply gel and it goes on thick so it will protect and beautify your tires for a very long time.
This is a petroleum free product that is silicone based, so it will not hurt the other surfaces of your car if it gets on them and it will help protect your tires from the sun’s damaging UV rays too.

Adam's VRT is king for me.
I do like the look of Adam's tire shine more but not a fan of the sling

Try rewiping a little while after you apply with a dry applicator or towel. It does take a little while to "setup". If you put on and drive immediately I can see where you would have issues. I have had no sling issues on my truck BFGs or car tires

If you're getting sling from Adam's Tire Shine you're applying it too heavy, and getting it into the tread blocks. It'll never dry there, and will sling off when the vehicle begins to roll. Use a foam block, or a towel to wipe off any that has pooled.

+1, I never spray the tire, I use the block they sell and cut it in 1/4. Spray on it and rub it on the tire. I do like the shine the VRT produces, but it doesn't last as long as their Tire Shine.

I like turtle wax jet black endura shine tire coating. It doesn't attract dirt. It lasts atleast a couple months. It is more work to apply, but not that much more. This picture is about a month after it was applied.

Crystal, you have to look around for it because not everybody carries it. I work for advance and those tire shines sell quickly. They do not leave a messy residue and goes on the car paint like most if the tire shines out there due. 5$ a spray can.

Thanks, I'll try that.
I usually use the VRT on the Camaro since it's the one that the tires rotate a lot faster than the Silverado or the caddy

I like the Super VRT. Doesn't make the tires look fake like plastic...

gotta agree on the Turtle wax Product, bought 5 or six kits when they were discontinued. once you follow the directions and clean the tires thoroughly you simply apply more than one coat to get it shine to increase. I usually let it dry for 30 minutes to an hour and it lasts more than two months depending on the weather. all I have to do is very lightly wipe the surface of the tire very lightly and it looks as good as when I first applied it. in dry weather it could last 4-5 months for those out west.

Coating are the way to go for longevity, one that interests me and will at some point try is Mckee's 37 tire coating, you can get it at autogeek.com and while it is pricey it is well worth it for the length of time the product stays on the tire. will not sling like oil based products and will last many times longer.

if you want something that is not a coating I would suggest optimum opti bond tire gel, Won't out last a coating but will have better longevity than any petroleum based dressing and won't sling if you apply it thin and evenly.

all the products I recommend offer a matte finish and that is the look I like.

I have tried many and this Optimum (OB2008Q) Opti-Bond Tire Gel - 32 oz (Amazon under $15) seemed to be the best last for weeks. I use a sponge to apply and put the sponge in a ziplock bag so it wont dry out
