I'm near the coast, but barely low enough to not even get a hint of the storm except for maybe a cold front, which is nice in Georgia.

85 mph can do some damage....I seen that with Isabel back in 03. Im just leaving mines in the garage and chill with beer and the PS3 ....if the power goes out ... I'll play with the PSP or snatch the little ones DSi LOL

Mine is gassed up and ready to follow our RV should we decide to head outta here. We will most likely stay so she will be tucked safely in the garage and hopefully stay nice and dry.

Looks like Myrtle Beach SC area will be missing the brunt of it! (if Irene does not shift westward) 90 miles North is looking like it may be another story! Stay safe and heed the warnings!

Today I packed all my outside furniture in my garage around my car.... VERY close too my car, had no choice I had no time to rearrange my kids toys and bikes that are on the other side of the garage but if you walked in my garage right now you would go " oh wow a snow blower, oh look a few bikes, thats a nice basketball net hey is that a camaro over there"
