I too love my 2 tone grey cloth interior. Not to bash leather but personally, I hate leather. It is very uncomfortable! If I ever had to trade Ruby for another Camaro, they'd have to let me keep her seats & swap them out for the leather. Most folks wouldn't mind. I know I am in the minority. It's okay. I hate how my legs stick to leather. It makes your legs sweat. Leather is too hot in summer & too cold in winter (and heated seats take a while to warm up- it is still a shock to the system when you first sit down). The leather seats stretch out & look bad after a while too. Hurray for cloth. And BTW My seats look & SMELL brand new!

I had leather seats in my Nissan 200SX....I had left the windows open in the driveway and before I knew it rain started POURING and I ran downstairs to roll the windows up man my seats were soaked. the next day I went to get in the car after sittin all day in the sun and those seats were shrunk and hard as a rock! So since then I've had cloth, I don't want another incident like that cuz it really made the ride uncomfortable :-\

I have never been a fan of leather,to much upkeep. If I could have gotten a 2SS with cloth I would be a happy camper.Glad my car is not a daily driver.

+1 OP. Cloth seats, just like leather will last as long as you take good care of them.
The Camaro seats are not all leather anyway, quite a bit of it is vinyl. I really do not like that an animal had to die to make part of my seats. I don't like to eat them either. And I find cloth seats more comfortable overall and cooler in the summer. My next Camaro will be a 1SS. I wish the Recaros were cloth.

No one's said this, so I guess I'll bite. Some of you have clearly never been on a road course in the sizzling summer by some of these responses. Lap after lap, leather is just not happening. It gets HOT and you're really working the car. In this situation, I prefer cloth hands down. Sure, you can turn on the a/c, but on a road course I want all the available power possible.
Plus, the cloth seats hold on to you a little better than the leather ones. However, suede is the ultimate. It doesn't have the unwanted characteristics of leather, yet it still allows you to feel important, since that seems to be important to some of you guys.
