Wooooooohoooooooo! Ticket dismissed!!...because of 3 year clean record. $35 court fee but that beats paying ticket and insurance going up!

Here in RI it's pretty easy. They call your name...you go up to the podium...and the judge does all the talking.

He says "Speeding ticket...do you have a good driving record?"
Yes your honor.
"Would you like to use your ticket dismissal on this one?"
Yes your honor.
"O.k. pay the $35 court fee and you are all set."
