Even though you may only run into one or two cars in Iowa on the highways, you're bound to at least get flipped of by one of them. I grew up there, and every time I go back to visit, Someone, somewhere is pissed about something. Road rage is (IMO) worse there, per ca pita, than in San Diego....

not from Iowa, but in Midwest in general, your Cali plates make you the blame for all of their woes!!
had a rental car once in OKC, got treated the same way due to the Cali plates.

I typically fly in, so Cali plates are null... rental car. Still get road rage when I visit... My cars in Cali have never driven to Iowa..

....and.... it was like that when I lived there too... Moving to Cali was actually better
