Here's a question for you. As I drive down I-5 from Antioch, CA I'm going to get some bugs. What would be the best way to get rid of them? Should I wash/wipe the car down somewhere near bakersfield with a hose or Microfiber cloth and then continue and do it again, or wait until I'm in LA and then have the car washed only once?
The car will be detailed and freshly clean right before I start my trip, but I want it to really shine the day of the event. I'm coming down on the 23rd and will be staying the night in LA. Thanks! |

You're bound to run into more bugs as you progress down the road. I would recommend you wait until you get here to wash it so that you don't have to clean it more than once.
