if that letter my dealership told me about the of red jewel tintcoat ss pic that your should been in within a week or so.

I ordered mine on the first date of being able to order, I believe 10/17 - I have not received a single thing in the mail, no letter or anything. Does anyone have any idea why this is? My dealer says mine should be coming in end of May early June, but nothing in the mail

Do you have a copy of your workbench indicating the order has been entered?

Order way back in October. I'm number 2474 and still haven't got a package. GM asked the dealers to let them know if any didn't receive their package. The deadline for the dealers to resubmit was April 31st. Still nothing. They really got it together I'm telling you. Area 51 since being built April 3rd.... and still waiting.

Your car has been built...you should rejoice. QC or not. To be honest, the "Welcome Kit" is just a dumb sketch and a letter thats thrown away. I mean I have the sketch framed in my bedroom, but no biggie lol. (But seriously I do)

A possible reason for that is your dealer didn't enter your order into the system until after March 16th. Most likely not your situation but has been in some cases. Only if your dealer actually entered your order into OrderWORKBENCH prior to 3/16 will you be "eligible" for the welcome package.

TPW = TARGET PRODUCTION WEEK 09-21-09 is the scheduled week that your car will be produced = built
