grey painted overpriced ground fx
mailslot on SS
hood on SS could have been a fiberglass one with a functional scoop kinda like the 4th gen
The wheels they had on ls7, are not available as a factory option
only orange, grey or black interior available.
feels like the car was rushed into production and sale before they implemented all of their plans.

rushed into production?!?!?! man, you must not have been on this roller coaster ride of camaro5 through the different sagas and stages of this car. From that very first spy photo of Lutz hugging the car (is there a b-pillar?? how tall is that car?? are the wipers hidden??? gas cap?) untill now, wow seems like forever. And the guys that have been here when the rumors started twirling about a possible 5th gen, they would not tell you that it has been rushed. They cant offer every color interior material in every color of the rainbow. Go aftermarket.

anyway, I like the camaro as a whole, but I really loved the afterburner lights, I wonder if there is a way to create that effect without having the deep housing that was required on the concept? The reverse lights, well what can we say that the designers havn't? The gills, ehhh would be cool if functional but they look good, especially in black. Same goes for hood scoop. Whatever they call it, the hood on the bumble bee car would be a remedy for those that do not like it.

so what if it's hard plastic as long as it is quality plastic, every car in the world has a plastic interior... who is rubbing their faces against their interiors anyway? (i dont want to know) but i dont think the material of the camaro is a problem i do think the spacey design is a bit overdone and looks weird... the stereo knobs are monsters and there is no flat spot to really put your own custom stereo/screen in... and the way they left the e-brake hanging out there in space leaves something to be desired...

Good point! It looks like it must be inconvenient to use.

The only disappointments so far are no T-tops, Nav, and HUD. I love it though. I can hardly wait!

Don't like the @$$ being up so high.

Rear Fascias could be a little more like the vettes.

Exhaust tips could be over-exaggerated a little more.

Gauges are a bit meh.

The interior materials seem pretty cheap and need a good overhaul, and the car just weighs too much. 4700lbs+ is a bit too much, even if it's packin 400+hp.

That would be 4.2 times of me, and a full tank of gas.

Well I have not seen the car in person yet but:

1) Cheap interior with hard plastic - on a 30k+ car? come on !!!! And those silly little lock buttons that stick up like on a 60's car. Those hard black door panels are going to look like crap after your foot scrapes them 25 times. I can already see that on some of the photos I have seen.

2) Goofy radio. Why can't they use standard DIN radios so that we can put in what we want?

3) The requirement to get the different engine with the automatic and also no limited slip. Why???

The different engine is for the V8 automatic to get AFM. Blame CAFE.

Why do you think there's no limited slip? The only way you can get the Camaro without limited slip is if you get the automatic V6. Manual V6 and all V8s have limited slip.
