When I parked by this one, I came out from the store, and this dude was just wiping away! I was going to tell him,'nice shirt', but he didn't notice me!

See plate online, print copy, tape over existing plate, blow through fast track, and toll bridges. Plate holder gets the bill.

Got to be kidding me, you can do that with any plate you see on the road. Take a picture of it. Print it. Paste it over your plate and do the same thing. Has nothing to do with seeing the plate online. SMH.

Sure is, but it is possible and catching a few plates off of forum posts is much easier than taking pictures while on the road. Out west they are stealing Camaro's like candy, there are a lot of bad apples out there. The way I see it if Google is blurring plates, why are they going through the extra effort to do so?

I did dig this up off of googles site. Google Street View blurs parts of images containing car number plates and human faces, in order to protect privacy and anonymity. Also through other forums dug up info on thefts, and plate copying and runnning toll and speed traps, red light camera's with duplicate plates. Other reports of stolen cloned cars with copied plates etc. You can believe what you want but I would blur a picture of someone's plate you post online out of courtesy. |
