I hit a pole. :(
So get this im at a gas station. I fill up and am pulling past the empty pump in front of me and some crazy ass asian lady flys in driving a freakin MDX, She was going at least 45. Now you know how theres a freakin pole at the end of every set of pumps. Ya so she cuts in front of me and was gonna hit me and if that happened there goes my front fender. so a break right and hit that god damn pole. So she just keeps going, leaves the gas station and make a right, and guns it. I got out of my car and run after her for two blocks, she keeps going. at a red light she make a right and almost hits another car, so I figure I'd go back and see what happened. So the pole is bent to like the front right about 55 degrees. and mt grill guards end bent into my light cluster and the pole dented the front of my top right fender. So I wont be eating for a while need to save money away from the maro fund. I'll post up pix of the damage in a day or two. Damage aint that bad but could have been worse.

God I hope something like this happens to me. I'd for sure be charged for attempted vehicular manslaughter with my repeated ramming of the car that did it to me : /
Sorry about your car man, that kind of thing really shouldn't happen : / |

Try the same thing with this pair's predecessors of 1970 or so and you'll find yourself in a bit of a wrestling match. Ain't progress wonderful? Maybe yes, and maybe sometimes it's fun to wrestle."

Hopefully you got a police report or something. Does that station have cameras? Most do.

Most definitely. Get her insurance to pay for it for a hit and run, drive up her insurance so she learns to drive with respect or not drive...
Sucks to hear bro. =( |

Needs a Camaro

you should just kept going straight...if she would have hit u it would have been her fault and her insurance paying for it...but did u check the gas station for video? if you get video that she cut you off, causing you to hit the pole, you may not have to worry about the $$ too much...especially if the video shows her plates.... if you haven't done that yet, go back to that gas station and ask them if you can look at the tape for the time you were there, explain what happened and they SHOULD let you see it, or make you a copy, but you may need a cop, and have to make a police report....

Hopefully you made a police report. What this is, is a non-contact private property accident. She might not have struck you, but due to her actions, can be held liable. Regardless, it IS a civil matter when it comes to getting paid by her insurance company. Also, you may request to see (or get a copy of) the video from the station. They are not required to let you see it or even give it to police.
I would bet that the best person to get the video, would be your insurance company. They might be able to make something happen. |

I lived in Glendale for a little while about 20yrs ago. I couldn't tell when I was going into Glendale from Burbank and vice versa. I also drove there twice from south Florida. That's a nice, long, drive. The desert runs into triple digits, and the reward at the end of the line made it all worth it. Twice. |
