Ordered in October...Too Late to Make Changes?

I asked this in another thread, but got no response and for some reason my dealer isn't getting back to me.

Basically, I have fallen in love with IOM with CGM stripes. Also want to add the orange accent interior package. I ordered my CGM 2SS on 10/28 and have no idea if it's too late to change color without losing my place.

Can someone enlighten me?

As a backup plan, if I cannot change my color I was thinking of doing IOM rally stripes on my CGM and doing the orange accent interior. Thoughts?

you have until the 15th of march, I believe, to make changes.

As long as your order has not been pulled for production, and as long as you are not changing from an SS to a V6 or vice versa, you should be A-OK!

Changing from a V6 to SS or vice versa will require cancelling and replacing your order...

Your dealer will contact you prior to your order being pulled to see if you want to make any last second changes. They won't pass up the opportunity to upsell you on options you may want - also, they'll want to clarify your order.

This is bull crap! your dealer is a idiot. changing the wheels dont require canceling your order! I just recently added the polished aluminum wheels
to my 2ss, took about 2 seconds over the phone.

Wouldn't bet on that.

Blur's logo applies here!!!

Otherwise, to play it safe, I wouldn't wait longer than late February or maybe early March to make changes. Although, like Tantalizer43 said, as long as your order hasn't been pulled for production, code 3000, you can still make changes.

I wouldn't wait to long for a call back from a dealer now. Go in and get em to change it to what you want--your spending $30-40,000.

Probably just using your pre order to get a car to sell on the lot sooner and maybe give you a later alocation that they may still have. This so they can charge more than the price they gave you. That or simple stupidity.

I changed my order today.
I went in discussed it with my salesman and got assurances that it would be under the same work bench order.
I just felt a visit might be safer than a phone call
