Insurance cost

Now that everyone knows everyone's car payments, what are some insurance cost? I know for some of you twenty year olds, it has to be out of this world.
At 50 on a 2010 LT2 RS it is $220 every 6 months.

27 years old. 900 every 6 months on a 2ss. Despite my clean driving record it goes up every year.

24 years old. $543 every six months for a 2011 2SS....I put the insurance in my wifes name to drop the price. I recommend everyone to look into doing the same. However, she will never drive it.

Don't forget that the state you live in plays just as much as part of your insurance costs as your own age and driving records. FL is one of the higher ones. I pay about $320 for 6 months for my 2SS/RS --- 40 yrs old and a perfect driving record.

i wish my payments looked anything like the ones mentioned....try living in NY. my paymenys would be nearly 5,000 a year alone. This car for now though is under my dads name, he has 35+ years of perfect record....still costs 2000 a year to insure this car, full coverage....hate it, its hard enough to afford the car payments, nevermind for me to keep up with insurance as well

Its the part of the states that matters. Come up to the North East and insurance is silly. Live in the lower part of the states and the mid west and you pay next to nothing.

Allstate quoted me $1200 for 6 months in CT. $600 of which was just for collission, nevermind the liability and other additional coverage needed. I plan on swithing over to someone else. I found quotes for around 600-700 for 6 months.

Way to many variables, depends on location, driving record ect. My motorcycle insurance was 249 a year for full coverage in Wisconsin, then in Houston, Texas it was 80 a month. Car insurance was the same, I pay 515 or so every 6 months, one mark on record, a total of a truck, but I also get a multi car discount and it cost 170ish a month for both cars full coverage. My camaro before the second car was 119 a month, 100/500/100 coverage with 1K deductable.
