Chevy customer service doesn't know the camaro is being produced
 Folks...I am so aggravated right now, I can't believe what I just heard. I called customer service at 800-222-1020 (warranty and recalls) and gave them my order number because I wanted to see if they could tell me where I was in the queue.. the answer I got was they just checked and NO CAMAROS HAVE BEEN BUILT YET, and I about lost it then... he INSISTED I had misinformation and that they hadn't begun to build them yet so he couldnt give me any information. I told him there are pictures of hundreds in the oshawa plant lot waiting for delivery and he INSISTED they wer NOT camaros and I was mistaken..... now I know why GM has troubles... they have idiots working in a lot of key places. The guy works for GM and doesnt know that hundered of camaros a day are being built and give me attitude when I tell him to go to camaro5.com and look for himself and he tells me again I am wrong. and I still don't know where any of this stands in the line... sorry for venting but this was one I should have taped...

At least they spoke English??? I see both sides in my line of work. Dumb Ass employees who misrepresent the business they sale and rude arrogant customers who I love calling out in line at Walmart.
My theory is these people don't have any common sense. Instead of taking your information and getting the facts these asses would rather argue with you because of their ignorance. Sorta like our gov't right now, the biggest asses in business.

All this money we spent to bail out GM and they send the money over to India for customer service.. This is something else that needs to be changed..

He sounds like the same guy I have spoken to. All he keeps saying is that they just starting making them on the 16th. We have no idea when yours will be made. My dealer even told me today that I would not get a vin number until my car arrvied at the store. He said something about that dealerships abused this in the past by give out vin numbers, so GM made them stop. I have no idea????
