Question for Dealers - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Ok, so I got a call from a local dealer and he told me they just unloaded the V6 car that Chevy is supplying for the May 6th event.

Have any of you guys received yours?

I am looking for a 2LT/RS. If any one has one that is not sold, PM me.

I have not recieved mine yet but I am pretty sure all the Dealer cars are 1LT.

nol, the dealer cars are a variety of 1LT's and 2LT's. Some with RS, some without. Some with sunroofs, some without.

I'm looking for a 2LT, non-RS if anyone gets one they want to sell. Called my dealer THREE days ago to give him a deposit to order my Camaro. Left him a phone message and an email asking him to call me for my credit card number for a DEPOSIT. He never called me back. I'll buy one on the ground IMMEDIATELY if the car and price are right. Thanks.

If you can deal with Rally Yellow I have a 2lt non rs with sunroof. We may put some black stripes on it to help it out.

We have yet to receive any Camaros. In the system that I have access for we currently have two produced. The two that are produced have been bayed for a few weeks and the last time stamp for one is 4/1 - Bayed, and the other is 4/9 - Bayed.

I appreciate the offer but I can't do Rally Yellow. I CAN do Red Jewel Tintcoat, Silver Ice Metallic or Cyber Gray Metallic. Thanks again for the offer.

Thank you for the response. What does "bayed" mean? Can the car be shipped to my area or is it too late for that? Do you know what models and options these cars have? Thanks.

Bayed means that they are holding them. I do not know the reasons why. I have the vehicle builds on both cars but no invoices yet. One is a 2SS and the other is a 1SS. The 1SS does not have a deposit on it and is available. I have done business in just about every state and shipped plenty. The car can be shipped to your but it would need to be from our dealership. If you would like the specs of the 1SS I can get them to you. Email me if you would like them.

I was told by a very good source that most VINs below 2500 were being held for quality assurance. We shall see.

I was told the same but we have one bayed that is 1595 and the other 2798. And both are being bayed.
