Lol, uhm, first off is there blood? If yes- does it keep coming out? If yes- internal bleeding, if no- hemorrhoid (not really a big deal- just a bulging vein that opened up) If it isn't bleeding at all...I'm assuming it was Mexican or Currey night at your house? lol
