I like the red badges and ties but not feeling the wheels like that. It made me think A-Team van. But hey, if YOU like it then that is all that matters!

The red on the wheels is too much, looks like lipstick or something. I'd say tone it down, maybe a red pin stripe around the beauty ring instead of the whole thing. Maybe a red devil tail vinyl or something that'd look good. It definitely needs more red to offset the wheels so they don't stand out as much as they do now.
 Other than that I love the bowtie and the lettering. Good luck!

I dont understand making the wheels black so the 'disappear' with the black car and then highlighting them so my eyes are drawn to them anyway.
