Where could I buy a resistor?
I am looking to buy a 50w 40ohm resistor. I would prefer to be from a store vs online.

RS used to have a good electronics parts warehouse, but no more. G/L on your search. And you don't mean a 50watt 4 Ohm resistor(for speakers and such)?

I've boughten resistors at radioshack. I would call and ask them. I think it was like $3 for like 25 of them.
