How to remove the hood

I need my hood off by time I go to bed. I have the 4 main bolts loose, but I do not know what to do with the washer fluid plastic holder (the big main piece that holds it on) in the center of the bottom of the hood (when its up).

I am installing the revolution style hood tomorrow. Has anybody been in this situation? I really am clueless with removing/installing hoods

Unhook the rubber tube, it just pulls off,take the hood off and then remove the plastic part

ok but how do I take the plastic part off? just kinda yank it out? or...?
