Anyone installed stainless works headers yet?
Has anyone installed the stainless works headers yet? If so how do they sound? Do you like them? Performance?

yeah i did a search and totally missed that thread, and then i found it. God i feel like a jackass now. They sound pretty mean. Im just wanting to do the headers with the cats, run through the stock exaust, only changing out the mufflers.

yeah i want to keep the most of the stock components other than cats and mufflers because i dont want the car getting too loud.

Ordered the full exhaust today like Tags but without cats. Putting it on as soon as i can.

Picking up my car this afternoon from the proformance shop! Full Stainless Works exhaust including 2 7/8 LT headers and a LMR CAI. Just sent me over the dyno, 415 rwhp and 412 rwtq!!!

I have 1 7/8 stainless .Tag has 2 inch I think?Go to you yube .type in pop pops new camaro. Than click on bagginz.He has a couple clips of my car.Very steetable exhaust.Not to much drone.She really gets loud at about 4500 rpms.No tune.never dyno .I ran a 13.30 trapped at 111 mph.I've only made one pass with headers.Track was hot .I spun tires outta the hole.I know it'll run in the 12s.
Folks at stainless were good to deal with.

Those are the aggressive chambered exhaust, - they sound great, but I could not live with the loud sound, even thought they did not drone in the car under normal driving. ( Also had their long tube headers)
We put on the same system, with the less aggressive sound, great at WOT, but very livable driving. Had that muscle car tone, ZERO drone at cruising. ![]() Stainless works headers, and there exhaust added close to 30 at the wheels without a tune, before the TVS went on ( so no tuning was done to maximize the header package).
