its 4.5", its going to require some maf tuning, but should work well, especially if you have a larger tb and mods... JLT stuff works great on the supercharged mustangs we tune.

It's suposed to be 5" . I still have stock size tb but the car have cam , longtube and pulley upgrade . Gonna switch the airaid ( with maf retouched ) to see difference . Same tune , temp , timing , etc .

I'm interested if you ever got the tune right for this intake to make any gains. Also curious if anyone has made it work well with an auto trans.

Definitely needs a tune. I bought one from a guy at a track event that said it didn't need one and that he was running one without a tune. Well it ruined my trip as it made my car go into limp mode. I had only been 1.5 laps at VIR south course and missed the other 13 or so that we were allowed to run. Luckily he gave me my money back. He tried to say the computer needed time to relearn, but I wasn't going to wait to find out and I don't plan on tuning my car for a while. I was a little disappointed with the quality. The hole into the air box was a lot bigger than the tube, the rubber pipe that attached to the throttle body fit too lose for my comfort (had to tighten clamp until fear of breaking), and the filter rubbed on the hood. I'm sure with a tune though and a larger throttle body it would produce some good results.

Putting a ported ls3 TB and make another run to see the gain . I was expecting a gain with the jlt but 20whp is huge !
