Fluttering sound

I've searched and read many threads but since being new and a 2015 I figured it would have all the TSB's done. I just find a fluttering type of noise and in the video you can hear it pretty good once I go into 3rd gear (about 10secs into video) as I am manual. Is this normal? I am going to hit up the dealer on Monday if my schedule allows it. I filmed it from the passenger foot-well because that's where it seems the sound is coming from.

After looking around the car and underneath I saw nothing hitting or even close to hitting. I am thinking it could be the heat shield that's installed onto the stock headers. Going to remove and see if that helps, car is too hot to remove right now though. Hopefully someone may chime in.

I don't hear anything other than the sound of the suspension/tires/body dampening the bumpy road surfaces. Every time the sound occurs it coincides with a physical vibration from the road (phone shakes in lock step with the sound).

It's right at the 10-12second mark is where I hear it the most right before I hit that bump. It might just be me and being too cautious after owning a Subaru WRX and the engine blew up.....
