Plastic Dip disaster

Spent a couple hours on Thursday trying to color my wheels with a smoke colored Plasti Dip.
Let's just say I couldn'the get the shading consistent.
Finally said @$÷%=$# it and got some dark bronze paint.
Spent 3 hours today cleaning and painting the rims..
Pretty happy with the result!
(At least I applied the Plastic Dip thick enough that I could peel it off.
Whoever posted the thread on painting wheels with Plasti Dip showed the cool trick of using playing cards to prevent spraying the tires...
