Car got keyed last week!!!!!!!!!
I almost threw up when I came out to my car and found a nice message engraved in the side of my door. Had to go straight to wally world to sand it down and fought the chunks coming up the whole time. I've had a rental for a week, (dodge charger V6) driving is just boring now. Tomorrow I'm supposed to pick it up from the dealer where bought it. INsurance covered it so I hope it looks exactly like it did when I bought it. The dealership assured me their body shop would do a full extensive job on it. They said they would have to blend it thru both quarter panels and clear coating would be tricky but they are practically going to paint the whole left side of my car again to blend it perfectly. ugh....i'm just sick about! guess we'll see how well they did tomorrow morning....tick tick tick tick tick

I feel sorry for you and the people that did this deserve to be skinned alive. Too bad it wasn't Singapore, if caught there, they would be caned. Later in this post you will here from the "it's only a car" contingent. That is not true, it is YOUR CAR and NO-ONE has any right to touch it. Hopefully, the body shop will do a good job. I undersatnd what you are going through because when my current Harley had 1,000 miles on it, I got rear ended by a moron who did $4,500.00 dollars worth of damage to it. It took a month to get it fixed. You can not tell that it was ever damaged now. It took me a long time to get over it, and if anyone had said "it's only a Harley", I would have gotten very angry.

I'd like to catch 1 person doing that. Think i'd kill!! Or atleast, hold them till the owner came out... then let the owner kill...lol. Glad to hear insurance is covering but thats why premiums go up!

That sucks, I'm thinking of installing video camera's on the sides of the Camaro right above the back seats where the little window is, 2 on the front dash, 2 hidden under the rear. In fact, I think I'll do that on my other vehicles as well. You can install them to run & send the video back to a hard drive in your car.
