Anvil notch spoiler clearcoat failing

Hi I recently notice that my anvil notch spoiler has been bubbling and slightly peeling.
I’m thinking of getting it professionally re-coated with clear coat or just paint it satin black.

Does anyone know if the factory anvil notch spoiler use clearcoat or is it just a gel coat?
Anyone else had similar problems? My spoiler has only been on my car for like 4 months but it is parked outside in the sun so I can’t really complain…

have you contacted anvil? wondering if the can help. I just received mine, but have not installed it, I'm kind of worried now, should last a lot longer
