LSA Intercooler Bleeding Interval?
First off, shout out to Jannetty Racing for their intercooler bleeder tool! Couldn't of made it any easier to bleed the system and was surprised how much coolant the system took in. (Bone stock car!).
Now my question is how often do you all check/bleed the system? Is it that sensitive to taking in air frequently? |

It should only take in air if the system gets low or you're working on it. I would change it every 5 years (even though you didn't ask that) as the glycol is silicone based. A simple method of checking the level and filling is a remote reservoir.

Also . Seeing that air in the system would cause the pump to turn off, aside from conducting any maintenance, what causes air to enter into the system?

Would not a reservoir prevent the air and bleeding problem?

A reservoir would definitely adress the issue. But seeing that its a common occurrence with zl1s was just wondering if there was something else that may be a cause. A leaking brick or hose/clamp makes sense
