Questions about Mickey Thompson ET Street S/S

Hi, I currently have 275/50-20 Mickey Thompson ET Street S/S on my car. The tire's manufacture date is early 2020, but I have only driven them about 2000 miles, and they look new. I don't go to the track, but my car has a 6-speed, 391 gears, and 680 HP, and the MT's grip is very nice. How long can they be driven safely? Also, what are other people using for HP over 650 that gets good 1st gear traction?
