Code P0010 & P3401 on Cammed L99 converted to LS3

Lately my camaro has been acting a bit strange, and I’d like to know what could be causing it and how to fix it.

For example, when the car is cold and I start it up, then drive gently in automatic mode, it sometimes feels like there’s a sudden fuel cutoff or rev limiter. This mostly happens below 2000 RPM. The car will occasionally hold back and “hit” a limiter, even though I’m driving smoothly. One time it even happened twice in a row I was going about 50 km/h, and the car downshifted by itself to reach higher RPMs.

Another thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the check engine light flashes briefly, and even the speedometer drops to 0 and then quickly goes back to the actual speed, which is very strange.

The first time I noticed this issue was after I was driving on the autobahn and on full speed it was like it held back like I it did a fuel cutoff while on automode, after this a month later I had put in a little too much motor oil and then the problem occurred a lot while driving in lower RPM's, Even after removing the excess oil, it still happens occasionally, even a month later.

With HP tuners I get these 2 codes that I can't remove:
0x7E8: P0010 - Intake (A) Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit / Open (Bank 1) (Permanent) 0x7E8: P3401 - Cylinder 1 Deactivation/Intake Valve Control Circuit/Open (Permanent)

My camaro got the following mods:
American racing Longtube headers
American racing X-pipe
GPI SS2 camshaft
BTR Platinum valve springs, Titanium retainers
GPI Hardened Pushrods 5/16"
Trunion Rockers kit
LS7 Performance lifters
L99 To LS3 conversion kit GPI
Oil catch can
Hotlicks flame kit

Here is a google drive link to my HP tuner file so let me know if you see anything weird:

Have you spoken with Ryan at GPI? It looks like you're a customer.

Agreed, I would run this by Ryan first. See what he says about it.

Definitely sounds like the tune is a bit off.
