So every time I drive my wife's car and I use the brakes more than just a little hard, the back seat flops down.
![]() Anybody else have this issue? Is it an adjustment issue that I need to go to the dealer for? ![]() Today I had my kids in the car, so I know that sucker was latched good too! ![]() -Danny

I'd get that checked out. I've got almost 15K miles on mine and no problem.

Make sure nothing is getting in the way of the latch.
Mine is fine. |

It take that to the dealer and have it looked at. It's definitely not supposed to do that, and could be a safety issue if anyone ever rides back there.

never had a problem on mine. take it back to the dealer. Come to think of it, I do slam it back into place after using it. Noticed it had some issues latching.

Like Milk says, make sure nothing is obstructing. I make sure the seat belts, and the little adjustment clips are not hindering the back of the seat's full ability to return upright...then I give the back of the seat a good shove to make sure the latch is engaged. See if that helps.
