Angry Hard on the brakes - flop goes the back seat!

So every time I drive my wife's car and I use the brakes more than just a little hard, the back seat flops down.

Anybody else have this issue? Is it an adjustment issue that I need to go to the dealer for?

Today I had my kids in the car, so I know that sucker was latched good too!

I'd get that checked out. I've got almost 15K miles on mine and no problem.

Make sure nothing is getting in the way of the latch.

Mine is fine.

It take that to the dealer and have it looked at. It's definitely not supposed to do that, and could be a safety issue if anyone ever rides back there.

never had a problem on mine. take it back to the dealer. Come to think of it, I do slam it back into place after using it. Noticed it had some issues latching.

Like Milk says, make sure nothing is obstructing. I make sure the seat belts, and the little adjustment clips are not hindering the back of the seat's full ability to return upright...then I give the back of the seat a good shove to make sure the latch is engaged. See if that helps.
