camaro plant tour

does anyone know if chevy gives tours in the camaro plant. i mean i know that there have been tours in the corvette plant, and they also have the corvette museum, but does the camaro plant have any of that stuff?

Hey Guys...Nat Geo did a tour of the plant and has a DVD on it called "Ultimate Factories: Cararo" Cost is $15/00.

Well we usually have some good pushing power here with GM. So maybe we should start a "potision" thread and see how many people we can get in on it. Then submit that list to GM and see whats happens.

that would be so sick. i highly doubt that they will start giving tours. i mean if they dont already do it, then why would they start.

Well if they charge like $10-15 a head it would probably be pretty profitable.

A plant tour in Oshawa is very difficult. Unlike the Vette plant which built less than 14,000 cars last year, Oshawa may build over 200,000 cars this year (they also build the Impala which outsells the camaro by more than 50%). It is currently gearing up to build the camaro convertible and the Buick Regal. The place is tougher to get into than the Federal Reserve.

I don't understand the big deal.

Do they really think that making a Camaro is any more difficult than making a Mercedes or Ford?

Give us a plant tour already!
