Called the Gm no return phone call so i called the owner of the company about 3pm no return call yet .. im going to stop to the bank to see what they can do. the issue is that the dealer is over 2hrs from my home

Jan 15 2018 Ill asking the bank about the laws in our state if i want to return the car myself im a body tech of 10yrs can do this repair but i refuse too i spoke to the GM finally he asked for pic so i sent him the pics i posted the sales manager was ilke it pass inspection so i warned her i had already contacted the owner of the company and if they dont fix thing well get bad and worst via social media newspaper ect.. i work to hard to play games word of mouth is a BITCH and where talking less then 500 bucks in parts damn that

I'm with you on that, my man. Just because it passed inspection doesn't mean that it's right!!! The dealer should stand behind their product, you must have gotten some kind of guarantee, hell you have barely had it a week!!

Keep the blowtorch turned up on their ass!!!

Lucky you. I haven’t found one happy customer yet. Do you remember Dan from the SEPA5 meets (medium lebowski)? His experience was worse than mine and mine was pretty bad.

Update) The GM called and said yes its a issue they want me to get estimates here in my local area since im 2.5 hrs away so keeping fingers crossed

Check the laws in PA I think the dealer has to provide a 30 day full warranty. This is not cosmetic, it's a functional failure of the 5th Bow. Do a search for the bulletins.

So I'm assuming from the info...that's the LAST 8 letter/#s of VIN....no problem with my 2013 so far BUT I'll keep watch...cause the first 3 of last 8 on my VIN are D92
