LS Steelies

I just received these LS steelies from my dealer and I noticed that they do not have the silver ring like the others I've seen on this forum...

Weird.

Did you order them separate? Then you probably need to order the beauty rings also. Did you get the lug nuts that are required too?

Do you happen to know how the beauty rings install? Would I need to have the tire taken off first?

They should just snap on with a good thwack from the palm of your hand.

You should be able to install them on or off the car without much difficulty.

Thanks. I'll have to give my dealer a call in the morning. I assumed that it was all one piece.

On a separate issue, the TPMS is under the tire attached to the valve stem, correct?

TPMS are actually attached to the valve stem and are behind the wheel.

I think they will look better without the rings.

If your car is SIM, the rings look great. If you have any other color, they look better without the rings, IMO.

I agree that they look best on a SIM, which I have. I just ordered them for $24 a piece. Either way, I can take them off if I change my mind.

I got them from my dealer for $818.00. That includes the TPMS.

They're 18s and I think they're either 7.5 or 8 inches wide... I'm not 100% sure.

Very nice. I didn't realize the silver piece was seperate, but I would leave it off I think it would look better. Maybe you could take some pixs with and without it for us.
